Internalizing Stress: Why Men Do It, the Risks Involved, and Tips for Coping

When it comes to dealing with stress, men and women can have quite different strategies. For a lot of men, the default position is to internalize stress and hide it from others. Women can do this, too, of course. But it appears that men have a propensity for this way of coping with difficult situations.
